New Season - New Trends

Hey there, girlies! Guess who's making a little comeback? yours truly *happy dance* (lol!) It's been a minute, but Nashville's weather has been *chef’s kiss* lately, and I'm soaking it all in. March 1st, spring mode, & hot-girl walks —

New seasons are like hitting the refresh button for me— and with new seasons come new TRENDS. So, here's the lowdown on the spring essentials and hair trends I've got my eye on!

HAIR TRENDS —

1. Natural Texture: Calling all curly gals – it's your time to shine! Embracing my natural texture, dialing down the heat styling. Just letting it do its thing, with a little help from some fantastic products. Below are some of my favorite products to enhance your natural hair texture —

2. Bows: It's the year of the bows! Styled in a bunch of cool ways, and I'm digging it. I predict bows will be the go-to accessory for the spring uniform.

3. Midi Cuts: Think Hannah G (for my bachelor nation girlies) vibes – it's the 'it' thing right now. Not too long, not too short – the Goldilocks of hairstyles. Soft layers, face-framing vibes – Hannah G, you're the queen of inspo, and I'm here for it.

FASHION —

1. Pastels: Yeah, yeah, it's spring – pastels are a given. Neon had its moment last year; now it's all about those soft hues. I welcomed a chunky knit pastel cardigan into my life, and it's become my go-to layering piece.

2. High Contrast Monochromatic: A little contrast never hurt nobody! Picture this: solid jeans, same color top, different tone. Throw on a neutral sweater or a fun statement color – chic easy outfit. Light sweater over a tee? Yep, doing that too!

3. Ballet Flats: The shoe of the year, and I was a skeptic. Now? I'm all in. Hailey Drew rocked some cream ones with pearls, and I'm contemplating a flat-shoe intervention.

4. Boxer Shorts: My true love, no lies. I recently found a my favorite pair from Brandy Melville, and they've become my styling secret weapon. Dress 'em down with sneakers and a tee or go all out with loafers, clogs, or ballet flats paired with a chunky sweater. Key word: versatility (hehe)

i hope you enjoyed, ‘till next time —
